Zero Hour SERIOUS ERROR Messages

When starting Cold War Crisis from the starter, you receive an error message stating that there's been a serious error and the program has to be terminated.

First, check whether you can still start Zero Hour. To do this, exit the installer and then click generals.exe in your Zero Hour directory.

Next, check whether you really applied the latest patch v1.04 by looking at the bottom of the "Options" menu in the Zero Hour main menu.

IF Zero Hour starts correctly and you patched ZH to v1.04, simply uninstall CWC using the uninstaller from the Start Menu or Add/Remove programs from the Control Panel and reinstall it using our guide.

IF Zero Hour does NOT start correctly (that is, you get an error, too). Try the following:

1. Navigate to "My Documents"/"Eigene Dateien" and look for the Zero Hour directory named "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data". Check whether you have placed any files that lately. If yes, remove them. If you find a *.tmp file, delete it, too. Try to start Zero Hour and CWC.

2. If this failed, uninstall CWC using the uninstaller from the Start Menu or Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel.
3. Remove the CWC directory manually from your Zero Hour directory if persistent.
4. Uninstall Zero Hour using the uninstaller from the Start Menu or Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel.
5. Remove the Zero Hour directory manually if persistent.
6. Delete "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data" directory from "My Documents"/"Eigene Dateien".
7. Install using our guide.

klu lah aku boleh install Zero Hour dlm laptop aku tapi sbb OS aku Window 7 maka tak boleh lah....jika tak, aku mungkin boleh bantu selesaikan masalah ko...


Boleh tlg tanyakan homestay tuh jika kesempatan...sbb ade planning nak dtg Penang utk Easy & Ride selama seminggu. Klu Penang x menjadi, g ke utara 'Perlis'...

beli komputer yg lagi hebat dan berkuasa dari yg sekarang ni~hu6~~

laptop nie sementara je...yg betul2 nnt kat desktop...aku nak upgrade ke high end pun boleh jugak jika aku nak pun....namun jika nak puas gaming, main kat desktoplah..

member aku bgtau aku, pasaran high end elite upgrade dlm budget 1,500 - 2,000 pun dh cukup dh...

bukan masalah tu bro... semua game high graphic pc aku leh main...tarak hal la... processor overclock tuu

alahai aku lagi selesa 17 inci daripada 32 inci monitor....jimat ruang letak, dn klu bli memahal pun kira membazir gak sbb...

1. time hujan, kilat menari vodooo, anytime kene sambar......meroyan giler2
2. spend 1.5k - 2.5k pun berbaloi...at least dlm harga camnie, org kata tak membazir
3. alat ganti bukan mudah dicari dan kene orde dari luar, duit gak tuh...

processor overclock maknanye kita extendkan lagi capacity sebenar ke jauh hadapan lagi....
jika processor jenis HT boleh overclock...AMD pun boleh gak tapi kurang pasti
